Music content & YouTube

Wavify lets you discover and play music sourced from YouTube. All audio and video content remains the property of its respective owners and is subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Wavify does not host, own, or claim any rights to this content and is not affiliated with YouTube or Google. You are responsible for ensuring your use of content complies with applicable terms and laws.

Service availability

Wavify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because playback depends on third-party services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular track or feature, and content may change or become unavailable at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavify and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Wavify after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
